I’m Sophie - coach, mum to two boys, strategy-lover, and someone who knows exactly what it’s like to have big goals.

Before I went on maternity leave in 2018, I knew that while I was away from work, I was going to build something big. I had a little red notebook given to me by Google that I carried everywhere with me, writing down ideas for a business that I could start whenever inspiration hit.

I knew I didn’t want to return to the daily grind, a three hour commute and having to ask for time off, so my baby and I spent hours in coffee shops while I built my first business, bit by bit.

Eventually I launched a planners business which morphed into productivity courses and coaching, and eventually I got the guts to pivot to my biggest strength, sales (I used to get sent on 5-star holidays for my sales figures!) and started helping other people grow and scale their own businesses.

I’ve learned so much since starting that first business in 2018, but I don’t regret any misguided decisions or cringy social media content, because every step I made allowed me to run a business today where I can be as present as I want for my children, work from anywhere, and run my whole life on my timetable.

And if you’re wondering what I bring to the table that makes me stand out it’s this: I’ve been a sales coach for a decade, and worked in sales as a recognised expert for two decades.
